Professional Counselling Training at The Way Forward Centre
The Way Forward Centre is an approved CPCAB training centre offering a full range of counselling training from the Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills through to the Level 6 Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision. This video explores the different CPCAB qualifications available to you, it is usual for Level 2 and Level 3 to take one academic year each to complete. At the Way Forward Centre you would be able to complete Level 2 and Level 3 in one academic year.

The Way Forward Centre Philosophy
Training to become a counsellor is an emotionally demanding process as a large proportion of the training relates to reflecting on your own thoughts, feelings and experiences. This can make the training process challenging and we aim to be as supportive to students as possible through their individual learning journey. The process will require a lot of introspection and learning about yourself, your own challenges and developing your self awareness over time. In addition you will be completing an academic programme which will require you to complete specific tasks and objectives. All of this requires a supportive environment, understanding guidance and quality teaching.
